Silver Slippers
This class incorporates many movements that increase strength, balance, and coordination, and is geared toward those age 55+. Class size is limited to 11 people to provide a small-group, personalized environment.

Punchcards only are available to receive the age 55+ discount pricing. A punchcard includes 12 classes, access to Grocery Store Tours, the Beginner Bootcamp class, and the Beautiful Strength class. Expires one year after purchase or after 12 punches have been used, whichever occurs first.

Beginner Bootcamp
Beginner Bootcamp focuses on increasing strength and cardio along with body awareness and mobility, while introducing to you the movements and exercises we use in regular bootcamp class. This beginner-style class will offer an intimidation-free environment for you to practice and focus on specific movements.
The goal of this class is to build up toward becoming a full bootcamp member, and to supplement the Silver Slippers class. Anyone may join Beginner Bootcamp at any time.
Thursdays at 6:15 p.m..
CURRENTLY OFFERED IN EDGERTON ONLY.
There are three options for Beginner Bootcamp:
- To use it exclusively for 4-8 weeks, building up the strength and knowledge necessary to join a regular bootcamp class
- To use it in conjunction with other bootcamp classes, allowing you to focus on specific movements and form
- To use it in conjunction with Silver Slippers, allowing you to build even further strength and have a second workout each week
Current full bootcamp members may come to Beginner Bootcamp at any time to focus on form, mobility, and recovery-style workouts.

Beautiful Strength
Beautiful Strength is a strength-training class, with the goal of building that fat-burning muscle. This class will focus on building strength by integrating use of dumbbells, barbells, the Lat Machine, the Smith Machine, and other equipment.
Beautiful Strength will also teach you how to lift weights properly, with many movements you’ve likely never tried before, and gives you the confidence to get off the machines and into the functional exercises that relate most closely to real life!
Held Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 7:15 p.m.

Beautiful Strength may be attended exclusively, or along with any other bootcamp membership (including Silver Slippers).
Kickboxing
Do you love karate, Taebo, or kickboxing?
LeanBoxing is the LeanBody Bootcamps version of Kickboxing! This class combines karate moves, boxing movements, some bootcamp-style training, strength training, and a high heart rate! Taught by a black belt in Kong Su Do karate.
Held every Monday at 7:30 p.m. until 8:15 p.m. beginning January 2, 2012!
