Below contains quite a bit of important information, as does the rest of the Member’s Only Section. Please read through this area carefully!

I will be using an email service to send you emails on a fairly regular basis.  These emails will contain tips, advice, motivation, and insights, as well as updates on LeanBody Bootcamps and information on upcoming events and sales.  Please put the email address “info@carrannmorfitness.com” in your email whitelist/safe emails list, otherwise these emails may end up in your “junk/spam” folder. Reading through the emails is important, as they may contain information not brought up in bootcamp class.

The first website you will want to bookmark is this one: http://LeanBody-Bootcamps.com. This is the main website for LeanBody Bootcamps, and it contains a News/Updates section, this Member’s Only section, and links to everything.

We use a Scheduler to register for individual class times, which means you can come at the same time every week or vary it each time. To enter the scheduler, please click on and bookmark the following link: http://leanbody-bootcamps.com/schedule.  Alternatively, you can always enter the scheduler via the the front page of the website.  You must Log-In to the scheduler before you can register for any classes. Please create an account when prompted. Signing up for individual classes is required, so please make sure you do it each week or well before class begins. There is a one-hour cut-off prior to the start of the class. If you need to cancel any classes (also required), please click on “My Info” then “My Schedule,” and choose “Early Cancel.” If you have any questions about using the scheduler, please see the FAQ section.

One of the best perks of joining the bootcamp is the Members-Only Forum.  This forum is a wealth of information, advice, and motivation. It is in here you will find recipes, downloadable reports, the workout of the month (and its corresponding videos that show you how to perform the exercises), and support from other bootcamp members.  I recommend that you spend some time wandering around in the forum, and finding all the great little tidbits that are hidden inside.  If you have any questions, please email me or post on the forum, and I or someone else will be more than happy to answer them!

Please click on it to register, and you will be given access to the forum site after approval is accepted (within 72 hours).  You may then bookmark the site so you can come back to it on a regular basis.  The forum may also be accessed through the “Members Only” area of the website. (For a guide on what is on the forum, please visit the Forum section of the FAQ page.) If you have any trouble accessing the site after approval, please let me know.  However, please remember your username and password, as I am unable to access that information!

  • Classes Offered

    Classes offered currently depends on your location. All bootcamp members are encouraged to try classes at either location. However, if you are attending most of your classes in South Dakota, please note that paying sales tax is required. Choose the Garretson location when choosing which package to purchase.

  • Where is bootcamp held?

    Bootcamp classes are held in Garretson, SD and Edgerton, MN.

    • Location: Kick Butt University, behind Annie’s Coffee House on the corner of 3rd and Main (Map)

    • Location: The Exercise Place, 350 Sagratti St. W (Map)

  • Am I an Exercise Place member if I'm a Bootcamp Member?

    LeanBody Bootcamps and The Exercise Place have a joint venture partnership.  This means that each business directly helps the other, but it does not make them the same business. You must join The Exercise Place separately from bootcamp, and vice versa.

    However, if you join The Exercise Place by calling Tim Nelson at (605) 594-3131 (Garretson local) or (507) 442-3550 (Edgerton local), you will receive a substantial discount on your bootcamp memberships.  For more information on The Exercise Place, please visit ExercisePlace.org.

All members of LeanBody Bootcamps are required to register for their classes and set their class schedule in advance. Please register for your classes AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of a class. If you must cancel, please do so AT LEAST 24 hours in advance.

Carrannmor Fitness and LeanBody Bootcamp uses an outside mailing system to send regular news and updates. It is highly recommended that ALL members are subscribed to this list. If your email address was accidentally unsubscribed from our mailing list, you are able to re-subscribe!

Child Care is an option twice per week to allow our mothers to attend bootcamp without needing to wonder what to do with the kids!

Currently offered in Edgerton only.
Limited to 8 children, up to age 10.

How do I sign my child up for childcare/camps/classes?

If you do not yet have your children on your account, you will need to set them up. Go to “My Info”->”Profile” and look for the words “Add Family Member.”

Click on that link and fill out the information. Make sure the relationship is correct (should say “Child of…”) and choose “Yes” under “Paid for by,” then save. Follow the same steps to add all children.

After your child(ren) is entered, find the childcare class/camp/class you wish to register for and click “Sign Up Now.” You will now see a button below the reservation date that allows you to register your child. Repeat for each child you wish to sign up for childcare/camp/class.

(Please keep in mind that a limit of 8 children total are allowed for child care, and that as of right now parents cannot cancel their child(ren)’s schedule unless you create an account specifically for them.)
