The Holiday season is upon us! It’s super easy right now to give up pursuing your goals, but now’s the best time to give that little extra push and see what heights you can reach!
To help out, LeanBody Bootcamps is running a Holiday Challenge, with the goal of either reducing your body fat or maintaining throughout the season.
There’s one rule in order to enter: you must either weigh/measure the same OR weigh/measure less in the week after New Years.
Here’s what LBB will provide:
- Weekly weigh-ins and measurements
- Meal Plan accountability (must either send a meal plan through email or provide a public food journal link)
- Phone or email support for questions or temptations(call us instead of raiding your fridge!)
Quick Rules:
- You MUST have a beginning AND ending weight & measurement (either body fat percentage or inches)
- You must have your measurements/weight be the same as or lower than your beginning weight/measurements
- You must not use unhealthy food or water practices to change your weight
- You must have your beginning weigh in no later than Tuesday, December 6 and your ending weigh in no later than Tuesday, January 10.
