LeanBody Bootcamps has a policy of requiring all current members to sign up for individual class times in order to prevent overcrowding or classes without participants. The system we use is called MindBody Online, and all members of LeanBody Bootcamps will require a password to sign into the system and sign up for their classes.

The short web address of the scheduler is http://leanbody-bootcamps.com/schedule. You may also access the schedule through the drop-down menu under “About” near the top of the page, in the Members Only area, or from the Forum.
- What is my sign-in?

Your sign-in is the email address that you registered with Carrannmor Fitness | LeanBody Bootcamps.
If you’ve lost your password, look in the upper right hand of the log-in screen. There you will find a line, “Forgot Password?” Click there and follow the steps.

If you have never signed in before, you will need to create an account. In that same upper right-hand corner, click “Sign Up.” Alternatively, you can click to sign up for a class and create an account that way.

If you have a history with Carrannmor Fitness (have come to try a class, etc) you may already have an account in the system that just needs to be “tied in” to your username and password. If you can, please use the same sign-up name as you did on your initial paperwork (i.e. don’t try to register as “Susan” if the name on your paperwork was “Sue,” and vice versa).

Once you have entered the pertinent information, you will be taken to a screen that has a box on top requesting to confirm who you are. (i.e. Are you Susan Jones?) Please click on “This is me!” to continue.If you have no prior history, please continue with the steps asked for in the registration form.

My email/username and password won’t work.
Be certain that you typed in the correct email address and password. If that doesn’t work, please use the “Forgot password” link in the upper right hand corner.
It is also possible your account has not yet been set up. If you do not have an account, please follow the steps above to create one. If you know you have an account, please contact Carrannmor Fitness to resolve the account.

I can’t register for class.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to register for as many events as your package allows. If your account is not showing a package, it is possible that a) you have not allowed up to 72 hours for Carrannmor Fitness to enter your paid package into the system or b) that you did not “tie together” your account with the one Carrannmor Fitness has for you. If (b) is the case, please contact Carrannmor Fitness to resolve the account.
It is also possible that you need to purchase a package if you have not recently done so. Please follow the steps to purchase a package. Keep in mind there are several options. For an easier way to see the different packages, please visit the Pricing page.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration for class ends exactly one hour prior to the class start time. To register after that time period is up, please contact the class instructor directly.

The main page to come up on the scheduler is the Class List, which you will use to sign up for classes. Click the button next to your desired class that says “Sign Up Now!”
If you have not logged in, you will be asked to do so (or create an account). If you have logged in, you will see this page:
You can use this page to sign up for as many classes in the “series” as you like. For example, if you always want to be signed up for the 6:00 p.m. Tuesday class, click on an initial Tuesday 6:00 class to register, then choose a start date and an end date. Please do not register for a class if you are not sure that you will be able to make it. Registrations are limited and are first come, first serve. Any person who is also registered with your account (i.e. a spouse or child) can be registered for class.
A class you have registered for and can no longer attend requires a cancellation from you so that spot can be re-opened. Please cancel AT LEAST 24 hours in advance, or as soon as you know you will not be able to make that class. Carrannmor Fitness will not cancel any person out of a class for no-shows. If something important/emergency comes up last minute please contact Carrie by text or email to cancel.

If you need to cancel, please log-in to your account and look for the tabs at the upper right hand area of the page. Under the “My Info” tab, please choose the link for “My Schedule.” On the next page, you will see a link “Cancel.” Click the link next to the class you wish to cancel.

You can see your schedule by choosing the “My Info” tab, then choosing the “My Schedule” link under that. Once you have pulled your schedule up, you may choose File->Print in order to print your list of registrations or click the printer icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
- How do I sign my child up for childcare/camps/classes?
How do I sign my child up for childcare/camps/classes?
If you do not yet have your children on your account, you will need to set them up. Go to “My Info”->”Profile” and look for the words “Add Family Member.”
Click on that link and fill out the information. Make sure the relationship is correct (should say “Child of…”) and choose “Yes” under “Paid for by,” then save. Follow the same steps to add all children.
After your child(ren) is entered, find the childcare class/camp/class you wish to register for and click “Sign Up Now.” You will now see a button below the reservation date that allows you to register your child. Repeat for each child you wish to sign up for childcare/camp/class. (Please keep in mind that a limit of 8 children total are allowed for child care.)
- What types of payments are accepted?
Carrannmor Fitness accepts cash, check, and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). For recurring payments, ACH (automatic debit from a checking account) or credit card is required. We utilize a secure payment system through MindBody Online, Inc. Your statement will show a debit from Carrannmor Fitness.
- Can I cancel my membership right now?
Bootcamp and/or Personal Training:
All memberships require a notice in writing to cancel.
If you have a monthly membership, a 30-day notice is required. If you cancel within 24 hours of your previous billing, you will not be billed again. If you cancel after that period, you will be billed one more time prior to termination of billing.
If you are signed up for a longer-term contract (6- or 12- month), you are legally obligated to fulfill the terms of that contract. If you wish to terminate the contract early, a $150 termination fee will apply and be charged to the payment system you have on our account. Carrannmor Fitness reserves the right to pursue legal means if your account is not fulfilled (due to a canceled credit card, etc.).
Should your credit card or account information change, please update your account in our scheduler immediately (choose “Billing” under the “My Info” tab). A declined credit card or checking account will result in a $20 processing fee, payable immediately.
Prograde Nutrition AutoShip:
To cancel an AutoShip with any supplements from Prograde, please visit our Prograde Website and log in. On the upper left hand side, you’ll see a link for “AutoShip Items.” Once there, you can choose “Stop” on any AutoShip item.
- I'm going to be gone. Do I have to pay this month?
If you are going to be gone or unable to attend class for a lengthy period of time, you can have your account suspended for up to one month.* Please contact Carrannmor Fitness in writing to suspend any account.
If you are on a long-term contract, the terms of the contract will be extended by one more month due to the suspension.
*One suspension for up to one month (30 days) is allowed per year unless otherwise approved by management. Longer suspensions may occur for: surgery/recovery.
- How do I access the forum?
The web address for the forum is http://leanbody-bootcamps.com/forum.
Access to the forum is only accessible to current bootcamp members. Please visit the forum and create an account, and your membership will be approved within 72 hours.
When you register, please use the email address that you used for the scheduler. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot my password” link on the log-in screen.

The forum includes plenty of goodies. The main four areas are General, Workouts, Nutrition, and Downloadables.
Under General, any and all discussions are encouraged. Ask questions, discuss your journey, get accountability, etc. Start a discussion, or participate in one.
Under Workouts you will find Strength workouts and Bootcamp workouts. Choose one, watch the videos to ensure you’re performing the exercises correctly, and enjoy the workout!
Under Nutrition you will find recipes, tips and tricks, meal planning sheets, and more. Post your recipes and tricks!
Under Downloadables you will find reports, recipe books, and more. Most downloadable content in this area is written by other fitness professionals.

Classes offered currently depends on your location. All bootcamp members are encouraged to try classes at either location. However, if you are a South Dakota resident, please note that paying sales tax is required. Choose the Garretson location when choosing which package to purchase.
Garretson:
Garretson currently only offers bootcamp style classes. For other class options, please join us in Edgerton!

This workout changes each time you come to class, to keep your muscles constantly challenged. Bootcamp-style workouts increase strength and cardio endurance while encouraging substantial fat loss after the workout is finished by producing an EPOC (exercise post-oxygen consumption) effect! All memberships and punchcards, with the exception of Senior Punchcards, are eligible to participate in bootcamp classes.
Edgerton:
Edgerton offers four different types of classes:
- Bootcamp
- Beautiful Strength
- Beginner Bootcamp
- Silver Slippers
Bootcamp utilizes body weight, bands, glider plates, and some dumbbells in an interval-style cardio and strength workout. All memberships and punchcards, with the exception of Senior Punchcards, are eligible to participate in bootcamp classes.
This class utilizes dumbbells, bands, barbells, stability balls, medicine balls, and body weight to produce an increase in strength and muscle tone. Proper instruction on all exercises is provided prior to each workout, and the workout stays the same for four week sessions to produce the highest strength results. An increase in muscle mass burns more calories throughout the day, even without added activity! All memberships are eligible to particpate in Beautiful Strength.
Beginner Bootcamp provides a non-intimidating environment in which to learn all the movements used in regular bootcamp class. It also encourages an incremental increase in strength, to keep from overwhelming the muscles and cardiovascular system. This keeps you from feeling “burned out”! All bootcamp memberships may participate in Beginner Bootcamp, but those who wish to participate only in this class are encouraged to register for Bootcamp to Go memberships.
Silver Slippers is geared toward the older adult aged 55+. Focusing on flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular improvements, and strength, this class encourages vitality throughout the older years! All bootcamp memberships may participate in Silver Slippers; however, Senior Punchcards are only eligible for Silver Slippers, Beginner Bootcamp, and Beautiful Strength classes.
- Am I an Exercise Place member if I'm a Bootcamp Member?
LeanBody Bootcamps and The Exercise Place have a joint venture partnership. This means that each business directly helps the other, but it does not make them the same business. You must join The Exercise Place separately from bootcamp, and vice versa.
