With the Fall Session of 2012, Carrannmor Fitness|LeanBody Bootcamps has begun a nutrition program that provides accountability, support, and the idea that attaining results must go hand in hand with BOTH exercise and nutrition. We’ve made the program super simple to use, with food logs, daily questions, and a weekly wrap up.
